1. Who we are

ClaraVoice is created and run by Eliana Sanchez Phaneuf, based in France. Contact: info@claravoicejourney.com. The full legal notice is in section 12.

2. What ClaraVoice is, and is not

ClaraVoice is a self-help wellbeing program for adults aged 18 and over. It is made of a 7-day journey, journals, tools and, on paid paths, an AI Companion. It is not therapy, medical advice, a diagnosis or a crisis service, and it does not replace professional care. If you are in crisis or feel unsafe, please contact your local emergency number or find a helpline at findahelpline.com.

The AI Companion is an automated tool. It can make mistakes, so please use your own judgement and speak to a professional about anything that worries you.

3. Paths and prices

• Gifted: free.
• Standard: €19, paid once.
• Supporter: €39, paid once. It includes a Standard journey that you can share with someone you care about.
• Gifts: you can also buy a Standard journey (€19) or a Supporter journey (€39) as a gift for someone else.

Prices are in euros. VAT is not applicable (article 293 B of the French General Tax Code), so the price you see is the price you pay. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

4. Access

After payment you are taken straight to your journey page. There is no account to create and no password. You can come back to it whenever you like with no time limit, and we intend to keep it available for as long as ClaraVoice exists. If we ever decide to close it, we will tell you well in advance and give you the chance to save your PDFs.

5. Right of withdrawal and refunds

This means purchases are final once you have access. We offer the free Gifted path so that you can try ClaraVoice before you decide to pay.

This does not affect your legal rights. If the content does not match what we described, or if you cannot reach your journey because of a technical problem, write to us at info@claravoicejourney.com. We will fix it, and if we cannot, we will refund you.

If you were charged twice by mistake, we will refund the extra charge.

6. Gifts and sharing

When you buy a gift, you receive a link to send to the person you choose. They need no password or code and nothing to pay. Because the gift is a link, anyone who has it can open it, so please share it only with the person you mean it for.

The same applies to the Standard journey that comes with the Supporter path. It is meant to be given to someone you care about, not posted publicly or sold.

7. Personal use and copyright

Everything in ClaraVoice (the texts, meditations, journals, tools, images and recordings) belongs to Eliana Sanchez Phaneuf. You may use it for yourself, and print or fill in the PDFs for your own use. Please do not copy, resell, publish or share it in bulk without our written permission.

8. Our responsibility

We take care to make ClaraVoice calm, accurate and safe. We cannot promise a particular result, because every person is different. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have by law as a consumer, including our liability for anything the law does not allow us to exclude.

9. Complaints

If you are not happy, please write to us first at info@claravoicejourney.com. We will reply within a few working days and do our best to resolve it.

10. Your data

How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

11. Law that applies

These terms are governed by French law. As a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The terms in force on the day you buy are the ones that apply to your purchase.
