Who we are

ClaraVoice is created and run by Eliana Sanchez Phaneuf, based in France. For this policy, Eliana is the “data controller”. You can reach us at info@claravoicejourney.com.

What we collect, and why

• When you start the free Gifted path: the details you enter in the sign-up form (for example your email address), so we can send you your journey link and answer you.
• When you buy: your payment is handled by Stripe. We receive your name, email address, country and the details of your order. We never see or store your card number.
• When you write to us: your email address and your message, so we can reply.
• When you use the AI Companion: the messages you type are sent to our AI service provider so that it can reply to you. Please do not share very personal details such as your full name, address, identity numbers or medical records. The Companion is a self-help tool and not a confidential therapy session.
• When you visit our website: our hosting service may record technical information such as your IP address and browser type, for security and to keep the site running.

We use this information to deliver what you asked for (your journey, your receipt, your support), to keep the service secure, to meet our legal and accounting duties, and, only if you have asked for it, to send you news about ClaraVoice. You can say no to news at any time.

Our legal reasons (GDPR)

• Contract: to give you the journey you signed up for or bought.
• Legal obligation: to keep accounting and tax records.
• Consent: for any news or updates, and for the AI Companion when you choose to use it. You can withdraw consent at any time.
• Legitimate interest: to keep the website secure and working.

Who helps us (our service providers)

We use trusted providers to run ClaraVoice. They process data only to provide their service to us:

• Stripe for payments and receipts.
• Tally for our sign-up forms.
• Netlify to host this website.
• Super.so and Notion to display your journey pages.
• Chatbase and its AI model providers, for the AI Companion.
• Google Fonts to display our typefaces (your browser may contact Google to load them).

Some of these providers are based outside the European Union, including in the United States. Where this happens, they rely on safeguards recognised by European law, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

• Payment and invoice records: up to 10 years, as French accounting law requires.
• Sign-up and support emails: until you ask us to delete them, or for as long as you remain a ClaraVoice member.
• AI Companion conversations: kept by our provider according to its own settings. You can ask us to have them deleted.

Cookies

ClaraVoice does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our providers (for example Stripe at checkout, and the pages that display your journey) may set the small technical cookies they need to work. We do not use them to follow you around the internet.

Your rights

You have the right to ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to limit or object to how we use it, to take a copy of it, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Write to info@claravoicejourney.com and we will answer within one month.

If you feel we have not handled your data properly, you may complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL, at cnil.fr, or to the authority in your own country.

Children

ClaraVoice is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy in an important way, we will update the date at the top of this page.
